As soon as we receive your payment (instantly by credit card), our team prepares and ships your order within 48 hours, on working days. Once your order is validated, any modification of it is impossible.
The delivery is made by FedEx or by other companies in case of strong demand. The delivery time varies from 7 to 16 working days for Standard Delivery and from 4 to 7 working days for Express Delivery.
This time is given as an indication and we cannot be held responsible in case of delay by the shipping company in question.
Orders are prepared and shipped only on business days (Monday to Friday).
If the product does not satisfy you, you have the possibility of sending it back to us (having imperatively made a prior request for return by email to the customer service), in perfect condition for resale and in its original packaging, within 14 days, we will then proceed to a refund or the establishment of a voucher (excluding return costs) according to your choice.
Any product returned incomplete, damaged or whose packaging has been damaged will not be refunded or exchanged.
Any return that has not been the subject of a prior request to customer service (which will provide you with the return slip) will not be processed.
The costs and risks related to the return are the responsibility of the Buyer. Consequently, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to keep all evidence of this return. Trendao therefore advises the Buyer to return the Items by registered mail (Colissimo, tracked letter…) or by any other means that provides proof of reshipment. These proofs of dispatch must include the following information: address of the recipient, date of dispatch and parcel number.
